I am updating the review, now not only being compassionate and reasonable, they're not professional nor honest. I do not and can not recommend to use them, We the People in Irvine was the best... I have used We The People Irvine location and had multiple great experiences. Unfortunately the location has closed. So I reached out to this one in Anaheim, so far things were good, long story short, we ended up not needing their help. Unfortunately I did not find it until the next day I signed the agreement. They ended up not doing the job. I have reached out numerous times with refund request. I filed for divorce and they never resolved anything for me,,5 years in and they kept dragging it out always saying “oh theyre asking for more information” alot of times for the same thing, sent me a letter saying my case was closed so I payed hundreds for NOTHING!!!WASTE OF TIME!
We had a great experience with We the People in Anaheim. They were very knowledgeable about the documents, quick to respond, and expedited the service to meet our timeline. They also took the time to explain some of the verbiage and the price was also very reasonable. I would definitely use them again!
