I was referred here but I’m not as satisfied as person who referred me, they move way to slow and keep requesting same info and say that’s the hold up but you getting info in person and email so make it make sense. Also I paid total fees upfront so that not the issue. It should not take 2+ years to get a court date for guardianship even the court agrees, if emergency popped up I would be in bad shape
I highly recommend everyone to AVOID this place, not just this location, but this We The People in general. I was supposed to get my deposit back as I cancelled my service within 24 hours as stated in the contract, yet they refuse to do so. I called this location AND riverside location more than 10 times. All they say is "someone will call you back", yet nobody ever follows up. I even went into the office, all they tell me is "its up to the corporate, we can't do anything in the store level.
