Reggie was very helpful in processing my request for a storage unit. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and explained in detail what to expect at the facility. He was very patient in explaining how to gain access to my storage unit. He is a great asset .
My wife called his location to pay the bill for our storage unit with Drive-Up. She spoke to Natalie. I heard the conversation; it was far more complicated than necessary and I’m astonished Drive-Up doesn’t teach its employees customer service skills such as how to communicate politely and professionally.
