Dropped a package off and they lost it. Take your package to the carrier. Do not drop USPS here there is a post office down the street. Furthermore they don't keep hours matching their carriers. A carrier agent should not be allowed not to operate on days the carriers operate. They have your package in their office and it cannot be picked up.

I just want to say this business is a 10 out of 10. I called very close to their closing time for a important package that needed to be return the same day. From the moment she picked up the phone her words remain calm and reassuring. They even stay open after hours to wait for me to get their what a relief when they calmly unlock the doors for me and so easily printed off the label for my package I can't say enough I am so grateful right now I didn't have drive far away like I expected to blessings upon Blessings to you all... read more
