I went to your store on Thursday 2/11/2021 to ship a box to Canada. I arrived at the location around 5:45 upon telling the employee I am shipping to Canada, she ask her co-worker to help me to which she replied: can it be 6:30pm already? I waited for her to assist me with my package after inputting all info she gave me a rate of over $125 and told me my package will arrive Friday so I told her I am looking for ground shipping and around $35 as I saw it online.
