Absolute worst experience ever. Customer service is non existant. No calls back and they literally have hung up the phone on me multiple times. This company sold me a broken phone and even though they were notified the day after it was received, have fought me and paypal for 6 months over it. It's principle at this point. I hope everyone reads this prior to doing business with them. You never know what you will get!
DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY - I ORDERED AN "EXCELLENT CONDITION, UNLOCKED" PHONE. I RECEIVED A LOCKED PHONE. I PAID $10 TO A WEB COMPANY TO UNLOCK IT AND FOUND THAT IT WAS DEFECTIVE - WORKED ONLY ON SPEAKERPHONE. ASKED THE COMPANY TO REFUND MY MONEY PLUS THE $10. THEY REFUSED. I APPEALED TO EBAY. EBAY AT FIRST DENIED MY APPEAL BECAUSE THE PHONE WAS "NOT AS RECEIVED," I.E., IT WAS NOW UNLOCKED AS ADVERTISED RATHER THAN LOCKED AS RECEIVED! UNBELIEVABLE!
