I took my 18 month old son there for the first time and I sure was disappointed. The entire place smelled like old pee, the floor mats were so dirty they looked black in places. The bathroom was disgusting and no paper towels available. The trash cans were overflowing and there were dead bugs everywhere. One dead cricket was even dead in the trampoline! We will not be coming back until this place can learn how to clean the facility properly. Very disappointed!!
It's a great place that we have suggested to many, many people, but their new hours of operation make it nearly impossible for working parents to take their kids unless they work night shifts. We went many times a week and kept a membership but no longer. They now close before we get off of work every day. Very disappointed.
