I waited to write this review. Almost a year ago I purchased open play pass package. We never got to use them all because they are temporarily closed. I called several times to find out if they would reopen, transfer them to another location or refund. Never have heard back. She just takes your money & runs.

First, Michelle was amazing. She accomadated us immediately when i mistakenly didn't make an appointment by just showing up. I brought my 4 year old here on a Friday morning for the first time. It was a fantastic experience, hours of fun, mini zip line, trampolines, swings. I really couldn't say enough positive things!
