Very clean pool and helpful staff . I would recommend for parties
I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding an incident at the kids’ gym/pool area. My daughter ran toward the pool, and the workers on duty only stood watching instead of stepping in to stop her or ensure her safety. As a customer and parent, I find this very unfortunate and concerning. Children’s safety should be a priority at all times, and staff should be more attentive and proactive in preventing dangerous situations.
