I’d like to start off by saying that I know each We Rock the Spectrum is individually owned and operated. However, after going to the Coral Springs, Florida location and then coming to the Paramus location, I am in shock of the differences I saw. I am writing because I was very disappointed with the service at my daughter’s birthday party. We were told that two staff members would assist, but only one person seemed to be handling everything. Our guests were not directed to sign the waiver forms, and we had to manage many of the instructions ourselves. I also paid for two hours of private play, but open-play guests were allowed to enter about 20 minutes before our time ended.
