I have had a similar experience as Dusty, unfortunately. Ed Fortuna is very unprofessional, unresponsive and the quality of work is not impressive. We had Ed and his company remodel our bathroom upstairs and had nothing but issues. Ed does the plumbing himself and sadly, every plumbing job (upstairs bath, master bath and pool plumbing) had issues and cost us expensive damages and repairs.
