Edit: The owner says the slide was damaged in transit and that it looked good when it left the shop. After a bit of discourse and me getting a bit pissy(unfortunately) he offered to fix it under warranty. He then gaslit me extensively about leaving a negative review even though my experience was overwhelming negative. There is no way that the slide was damaged as bad as it was in transit wrapped up and in a box. The box was not damaged and it was seemingly unopened. After a bit of discourse and me getting a bit pissy(unfortunately) he offered to fix it under warranty. I sent them 1 norsso slide to cerakote rose gold and engrave. I told them it was a wedding present for my wife and that it was a super special project for me. After 2½ months I emailed asking for an update. They said that they had done a bulk OEM order before mine and it took a long time. Thats fine. I ended up waiting 4 mo... read more
I feel 2 stars may be too generous for the service I received. I sent them 1 norsso slide to cerakote rose gold and engrave. I told them it was a wedding present for my wife and that it was a super special project for me. After 2½ months I emailed asking for an update. They said that they had done a bulk OEM order before mine and it took a long time. Thats fine. I ended up waiting 4 months in total witch I think for 1 slide is already ridiculous but I wouldn't be here writing this review if I would have gotten the slide back... read more
