**We Ortho is NOT BBB accredited & they never attempted to resolve this issue with me.** Unethical and crooked behavior from this practice. Paid premium cost $6,000 for Invisalign, yet ended up receiving less costly Sure Smile treatment. I notified them prior to pausing my treatment (due to to TMJ issues).
