Been here many times and have recommended it to other people. Have brought back large bottles and been told we had to clean them. So this time we read the instructions multiple times and followed them exactly as they read. We let the bottles dry overnight. We were excited to bring them back and get refills (we come from out of town) and we were chastised about how poorly we had cleaned them from the minute the middle aged woman who was working there. We came here to sample the olive oil and bring back some for souvenirs. The owner was very friendly and helpful and he even stayed open a little later because we were around. He was very knowledgeable about olive oil and sources olives from local farmers, and we felt good about supporting this business.

I love making a stop at this shop whenever I’m downtown. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always points me in the right direction when looking to try something new. I love their vast assortment of quality oils and balsamics. They also offer a fun variety of olive woods and condiments. Great spot for gifts!
I tried very hard to give this local, small business a chance. And I waited a long time and gave it a great deal of thought before writing this review because I know how impactful reviews are to small businesses. But enough is enough. I patronized this store at least half a dozen times, each time hoping my last negative experience was just a fluke, and that a new visit would allow this business to show me it was worth my time and money.
