I just received my package from We Make Scents and i couldn’t be happier. I ordered some products online and everything was correct and delivered on time. I had called the office and Barbara was extremely helpful. I plan on ordering from them again.
My package from We Make Scents was delivered today and i couldnt be happier. I ordered several products online and everything came in correct. I had spoken with Barbara when i called the office and she helped guide me on which scents to choose. She was patient and very helpful. I highly recommend this company and plan on ordering more products shortly.
Absolutely the most disorganized business I've ever seen. They have lost invoices and brought out the wrong product several times. When you call to get these issues corrected, the owner, Barbara is so unbelievably rude that I think she actually forgets that she's talking to a customer. This woman has cursed at my employees and even once used a racial slur when talking to one of my African American employees. This company and its owner are BAD NEWS! STAY AWAY!

I have nothing, but good things to say about We Make Scents. The people who work there were extremely helpful and polite. Barbara helped me choose the right scent for my home. She went over how to use the machine and where to place it in my home. I have been using it for the past 3 months and I am very happy with the way my home smells. Also, I found their prices to be extremely fair. I will recommend We Make Scents to my family and friends.
I couldn't be happier with my purchase from We Make Scents. The people who work there were extremely helpful and patient while I chose which scent was right for my home. Barbara explained in detail how the machine works and where I should place it in my home. Their prices were extremely fair. I'll be buying their products as gifts for the holidays. I love their products. I think their prices are extremely fair. The people that work there are very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. They have a wide assortment of scents. They've made my home smell wonderful. I plan on being a long term customer. I highly recommend their products.
A great business, but take note of the NO return/exchange policy. I purchased 2 scents, (mango and spa), though you can smell a hint of the fragrance in the bottle, once poured into the cup and plugged in (electric), you cannot and will NOT enjoy the aroma you paid for (some sort of unpleasant oil smell). After I explained to the staff, those 2 fragrances were tossed in the trash at my loss. NO return, NO exchange!!! The cherry scent, no problem.
