Bought tickets to Frosty at Fulton, WITH order protection in case something happened and we couldn't make it. Let me tell you, that $14 extra charge is WORTHLESS. If you go online to change the date, there are no dates available, even though they are selling tickets for all dates on the main page. It's a scam way to get more money. Reporting to the BBB. I'm sick with COVID and don't want to get others sick.
They said they no longer do pop ups.
