I submitted a rush embroidery order 4 business days prior to my conference. Due to a slight miscommunication, when I picked up the shirts an hour prior to leaving town, I realized the logo did not come out as planned and I was devastated. That said, without hesitation, Tom Finley, jumped into action, provided brand new shirts with the corrected logo and overnighted them to my hotel so my team and I would have the shirts prior to our conference starting.
