I had took a long time to order a new bathroom and decided to order from we love bathrooms we spent £987.86 I have a budget it’s taken me 3 years to save for this. Delivery men picked up and drove from Wigan to Glasgow with a few drop offs in between brought the order to me on the 3/7/25 the brought it up 4 flights of stairs and we then sat the bath in its own designated area to keep it safe till the plumber could come to start the work, we did give the bath a visual inspection it had cardboard round it and a clear film on i... read more
Delivery arrived and it was well packaged and on visual inspection there was no issue so I left it in the packaging and stored it until ready for use. I opened it two weeks later only to find a massive crack down the centre and they was refused and help or refund! Despicable

My bathroom delivery, scheduled just before Christmas, was not delivered, and I wasn’t even notified—it was only when I chased them that I found out the delivery wouldn’t be coming. The entire order was delayed because one item (a towel rail) was out of stock.
