My wife actually came across their web site on line, associated with our Personal Care Home in Loganville Ga. Our Home is Skyland Manor PCH, we have never spoken with any of their reps or signed any agreements authorizing them to advertise on our behalf. Yet, when I called, they stated that they were one of our management companies. Supposedly accepting calls for us and providing information about our community and others in the area. I have called several times in the past few days and no one answers the phone. I have submitted emails through their website with no response. In my experience they have very poor customer service.
