I have been here quite a few times over the past 5 years and each time I tipped her well because she does a good job to massage. Well I went there today because I was in so much pain I needed a massage urgently. I have a chronic pain issue and some days it’s very bad. I handed her $70 cash because that’s what the board says it costs and I couldn’t afford to tip today. She said the price is $90 because of a $20 tip for her. I said I can’t afford to tip her today. I set an appointment at 10 am and I was 15 mins late and I know it's my fault. The front desk lady called me to see if I was coming in. I said I am and I am late and apologized. When I got there, she said my appointment won't work and that she has another customer at 11am and then told me that she took someone else and they are on their way already.
