I don't usually write reviews, but I can't thank Rose and her team enough. The amount of stress they took off my shoulders today because of a disorganized lender is hard to put into words. They handled everything quickly, kept me updated, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’ve never had a better experience with an insurance agency. Highly recommend.
Lee, Rose & Maryangella so exceeded my expectations in ALL aspects of my recent Auto insurance adventure - I was totally lost and defeated with the Insurance Florida crisis (run arounds, total ineptness & crazy rate hikes, etc) They collectively worked a miracle, LISTENED and brought me sanity - EXTRAORDINARILY SUPERB TEAM…I appreciate them so much!!! YOU owe it to yourself to give them a call…EXPECT THE BEST AND GET IT!!!
This agency does not care about their customers. They don’t care if your policy changes and you end up paying more. They are horrible at communicating with their customers.
If you are looking for a company who doesn’t care about how much premium you pay this is the place! They never answer the company phone! Must only communicate by email! If English isn’t your first language this isn’t the place for you either! Customer service is horrible!
