I had not paid attention to my insurance renewal when I got it. A few weeks later I realized my insurance was increasing by over $1000. I immediately sent Ian an email, it was on a Saturday. He called me Monday morning and he found out that a discount had been removed when the renewed policy. By wednesday the situation was resolved and a new policy written with the appropriate discounts. I am extremly pleased with the outcome and his dlligence and speed. Thank you.
