Do NOT use this insurance agency, unfortunately they do not take they clients seriously. I had a good experience to start (4 Years ago) and as soon as they changed my agent to Monica my experience was horrid. Its been 5 months trying to re-instate my policy. Went to another agency and they got it done in less than 2 weeks.
Asked for a quote on Monday morning and was told I’d hear back same day, within a few hours. It’s now Wednesday and they haven’t called me back. I’m glad I found out they are unprofessional now before I actually had to work through a claim or something serious with them!

Fast, Friendly and Knowledgable. Saved me a ton of money on my business policy after a huge rate increase this year.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Katie Knight never accepts calls, so all calls go through the corporate call center, which treats you like dirt - cold, aloof, unhelpful. I tried to contact Katie repeatedly about my policy when the premium doubled. She never returned ANY of my calls for voicemails. I ended up going to Morrow and dealing with Farie, who was extremely professional, polite and helpful….AND she saved me quite a bit of money.
