I purchased a Citizens homeowners policy through Dave and was never informed that Citizens will begin requiring flood insurance for all homeowners starting January 2026, even for properties outside special flood zones. This is a major oversight that should have been explained before I bought the policy. Now that the issue has come up, I’ve been trying to reach Dave for over two weeks, by phone, text, and email. I highly recommend David Wood and his company. He will do his best to find you the best coverage at the best price. What has been most impressive is how he continues to help you with any of your insurance needs, even after the policy is done. We've been with him over 10 years now and wouldn't change a thing.

Policy got dropped only weeks after closing. David hasn’t answered any phone calls or emails or refunded the policy. Very Bad Business
Did not renew on time and had no insurance for a few months, never answers the phone or calls back. Doesn’t respond to emails. He told me my insurance will be dropping me and was looking for a new one months ago and no update. I have no idea what is going on. DO NOT USE THEM
