Very professional and knowledgeable
We had a great experience with Metro Security and Surveillance. During the initial walkthrough of our house, they were able to find the best areas to mount our indoor and outdoor cameras. The instillation was prompt and painless as well. We thought the entire process was done quickly and very professionally. I would certainly refer them to any friends and family that might want a bit more security around their home.
By far and away, this was the best service representative and experience I have ever had. They answered the phone promptly and were very careful to explain their charges before I made an appointment. Leonard was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered my bazillion questions and very careful to not waste my time (and my money!). I can't say enough about them. You absolutely cannot go wrong using their services.
