Called them to book a tentative move, was told they would hold the day for me and that if anyone else tried to book that day they would call me first before going ahead. Called them to confirm that I wanted to go ahead (6 days later including a weekend) with the move and was then told that they had booked other moves. When I asked why they hadn't called me first, I got the run around about how the manager went around him and that it was my fault I didn't call before, which is poor customer services, own up to your mistake.
