Joe did an awesome job. The issue I had was minor but it prevented operation of the lift. He knew exactly what to do and competed the fix nice and quick.

Joe and Mollie recently installed a Katool 12,000 lb lift in my detached garage. Their attention to detail and thorough installation experience made the entire process a pleasure to watch. They took the time to review the operational use and all safety protocols with the lift following installation as well as maintenance requirements. I was highly impressed with Joe and Mollie and would definitely recommend AEI to install any lift out there, they are by far the elite in this business.
The service and installation was very professional and the technicians gave easy to understand instructions on how to maintain the equipment.
