I’m updating to 1 Star. I don’t know what happened, but every competent person in the office is gone. I receive zero calls or emails when I contact the commercial policies person. If you have any changes to your policy, or your rates increase, they will not contact you. They don’t help you navigate losses, and when hocheim dropped most commercial policies in Texas, they didn’t even inform us we were uninsured! Do not do business with this group!
