First tried to contact them March 9th. We were always the first to reach out to them after not hearing a thing back, or being promised a email and never hearing anything back. Finally after the set up was done we tried reaching out again and was told the same thing, we will get back with you by the end of the week, we’ll that war two weeks ago and nothing.
