We were trying to remodel our pool and spa for this summer. Ugly Pool Guy/ We fix ugly pools came in early February to replaster our spa and to fix the tile on our pool. As you can see they came only a couple times in February and never came back. The project was $16000 plus. We gave them $8,000 and when they finished we would give them the other $8000 plus . They never came back to finish the work. They refuse to come back to fix the spa and pool or give us our money back.
