The receptionist is rather rude and there are bugs in the bathroom, it needs more cleaning and upkeep. The massage was great but I won’t be back unfortunately as I came there for relaxation and left feeling stressed due to above.
I hobbled in with extreme foot pain, 3 weeks later im hiking 10 miles in Wales. Lavanya saved my trip!!
Reviewed info on their website, answered questions and submitted their online form for an appointment. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard from them. If that’s any indication of how they do business, I’m not going to bother either.
