Very Unsatisfactory Service! I called to ask about an iPhone 14 Pro Battery Replacement and the guy on the phone said to just come on in and leave a deposit so they could order it. I come in an hour later and was told that since my phone battery health was at 83%, they wanted me to pay extra for a “diagnostic check” when there is absolutely nothing wrong with my phone besides the battery life so them wanting to do a diagnostic check was simply a way to rip me off and make money off me.
