Employee dont have any idea of what he sells or offer. Call him on his bs and got rude and walked away from me. Dint get any help from this guy. Meanwhile costumer walk back in cause his key fob for his car still don’t work and is because the employee forgot to put the battery to the fob that this costumer just paid to get it replaced. Horrible
Excellent customer service.
Jay was able to deal with my key fob that was giving me pure grief. He had a great attitude and got the job done.
