My daughter’s charger broke off inside the charging port of her iPad. I searched “cell phone repair shops near me” with a handful of results. I choose this store because of the raving reviews and I’m 100% glad I did. Casey the Assistant Manager went above and beyond to help me. He also did an excellent job training up the coworkers with less experience. I’m not sure if I’ll ever need batteries or light bulbs but I’ve sure got my eye on the solar power system they sell. The screen & battery replacement in my response to my 'iPhone 11 Max' having turned into an over-cooked hot-pocket was fast and easy. The people were informative and nice, the diagnostic messages did stop after some time just like they said. A++++

Worst couple of experiences regarding iPhone problems. 1st time, I went in to request a battery swap since my phone battery health was getting low. The first guy told me the battery would get here in a week after they ordered it. I came in on the day the new battery came in. They asked $80 and I paid it and they said "Come in after 2.5 hours and it should be done". I came in after they called me and said there was a problem.
