Great staff, even though they weren't able to help me, not their fault they went above and beyond.
Very helpful and good customer service. Were able to replace my charging port within a couple of hours. Charged 85.00$.
Went to Verizon because my phone said the SIM card was gone. I dropped it, okay, that’s on me. Verizon says “you’re not on the account (it’s my husband’s account but I’m the one that manages it) so we can’t do anything until he gives us permission”. Can’t call him because aforementioned SIM card wasn’t working. Went across the street to We Fix It, told the guy what happened, he took my phone, used a tool to pop out my SIM card, popped it back in, bada bing I’ve got a working phone again.
