Ok so my phone wouldn’t turn on and yes I need a new phone badly. But the young lady talked to the tech and the tech was able to fix it. Only issue that happened is I can’t hear anything. But…. I really just needed to get it to work so I can get it to work so I can transfer my number to another phone. A little disappointed that o could not get sound so it can continue to work but it is time for a new phone so I’m not mad. I was happy that the young gentleman and young lady was able to get the phone to turn on

Friendly staff, answered my phone questions, hard to get into park due to location at intersection.
Needed to replace the batteries in the key fob for my car. I requested the young man replace both the fob I use and my spare. He replied that he was "glad someone treats their keys like a smoke alarm". I was puzzled, so I took the bait. Why a smoke alarm comparison?, I said. He then told me that you should replace them once a year, faithfully, just like your smoke alarm. My thoughts....get your smoke alarm hard wired into the house.... just saying...it did make me chuckle.
5 star.. came to get my charging port cleaned out since cable wasn't holding well. Job done well .. thank you for your service
