Awful phone repair experience, submitted a claim through T-Mobile and it had me go through here, phone just had a small crack but I have insurance so why not fix it right? Well they managed to make it so my entire phone does not work and said they can't fix it. They said to just take it to T-Mobile and they will fix it, however, T-Mobile said they would never do that as the claim was submitted to batteries plus, therefore they are responsible for fixing the device, now I am stuck with a device that does not work.
I replaced my phone screen at home and had to remove the old adhesive. I asked them to glue my screen down and the male worker behind the counter told me that glues are phone model specific and they didn't have glue that would work with my phone. 🤦♂️ Warning: The stupidity here will give you headaches!
