Tried to Get my screen fixed on my phone because Simple Mobile said they couldn’t fix it and this was horrible service and staff no service at this location was good 🚫❌🚫❌🚫🙄🚫❌🚫❌❌❌❌🚫🚫🚫
I called to get a quote on a screen replacement for my phone, and when I asked where they source their 3rd-party screen replacements so I could look at the possibility of doing it myself, the person on the phone instantly hung up. Two-Stars for the honesty about how trash the 3rd-party parts you guys buy though, thanks for clarification on that.
This is the only place in time I go by my batteries at. They carry a brand named X2 which I really like and they have good warranties on those batteries. I have one for my scooter, one for my dump trailer and one for my work truck.
Alex was great, he repaired my phone screen in under an hour, helped me out so much because I was just about to head to work, thank you again!
