My phone broke yesterday night and the next morning I called and they had what I needed and omg got fixed in a hour and looks so dang beautiful 100% recommend
My phone wasn't taking a charge, so I took it into Verizon and they told me there was nothing they could do. Then I took it into Batteries Plus Phone Repair and 1 minute later my phone is taking a charge for no fee.
Samantha was amazing. I came into the store right before they closed and she was so helpful. No rush at all. I didn't know what battery I needed and showed her, with no hesitation she got the correct battery 1st try. In and out of the store within 5 min.
