They replaced the backglass on my phone and left the plastic film on the camera lens covers, on the inside. Had to go back to get my removed, and one lens is still not working and presumably still has plastic on it! No apology. They didn't repair the other issue that I took it in for, and it doesn't seem like they even tried. I had to replace the phone.
