I was unable to insert the plug into my phone to charge it. It took these guys 5 minutes to to fix…a piece of plug had broken off in it and lodged. There was no charge!!!! THANK YOU BATTERIES PLUS!!!
T-Mobile sent me here to have my screen replaced. I was immediately greeted by Paul, with a smile. He got my phone in maintenance mode and told me it'd be ready in an hour. Sure enough, an hour later, I walked in, Paul peeked out from the back, recognized me, and brought my phone to me. No hassle, simple, easy, and so very kind.
Batteries plus did an awesome job replacing my daughter iphone 11 screen. They communicated well and it only took about 15 minutes. Price was good too. Highly recommended.
Needed to get my daughter's phone fixed. Looked online and it said they open at 9am. When I got to the business the door said 8am but it was closed. Someone needs to update the information.
