Amazingly helpful, they were able to find the perfect battery for my car, even had it sent from Fairbanks.

Worst possible customer service to start with I had my iPhone battery replaced and when I got it back my screen wasn’t set in place you could literally push the top of screen up and down on the top side only so it was very obvious that it wasn’t supposed to be like that and my push bottom on top right next to the floppy screen didn’t function!!! Didn't know they were connected with Batteries + or I never woukd have called. The tech quoted "about $420-$440 just for the replacement screen, not including labor. High Frequency had the new screen in stock, fixed it in one day and I paid $339 for everything... parts and labor. I've always hated Batteries+ for their ridiculous prices on replacement computer batteries that you can get a factory replacement one for less than their generic brand off of Amazon or eBay, often with free shipping. Always free if you have prime!
