Ramiro, what a gem of a guy! He was able to fix my Samsung screen the same day and made my experience coming in seamless. Customer service S+ tier. Very well informed on his products and super awesome in conversation. This man can multi-task. Glad to see there are people still passionate in the retail space. As someone who came from retail as well, I would have hired him on the spot. Give this man a raise!!

Ramiro Rodriguez and his crew @ BatteriesPlus+ in Elmwood Park, IL absolutely ROCK!! I needed my phone repaired quickly. I had driven all the way from Indiana.... and they took care of me! They helped with my insurance carrier, started looking at the problem right away to speed the process up and put me at ease. All were friendly and polite. I was having a bad day until I walked into their shop!! Can't thank them enough!!
