I walked in, and immediately received a “Welcome to Batteries Plus” from behind the counter. Ben was friendly and so enthusiastic about how he could help me. He actually went the “extra mile” and explained everything so clearly. He is the epitome of great retail service!

I've been at this location multiple times and the staff has always been very informed and helpful. Today i went to get my car battery checked and the reading was that the battery was low and needed to be replaced. The associate helping me (Ben), noticed that the battery might still have warranty, which it did. Very thankful to Ben and Batteries Plus.

Exceptional and friendly service by AJ. He walked the battery over from his store in the same shopping center to our dead vehicle and installed it. All of my experiences with Batteries plus have been very good.

Needed a new battery for our Subaru. Ordered it quickly online, and was able to get an appointment for installation within an hour. AJ was very efficient installing the new battery. Good price, and great overall experience.
