When I walked into the store Ben was one aisle over and immediately asked how he could help me. I explained I have been having charging issues with my iPhone for weeks. He took my phone and within a few minutes he had corrected the problem at no charge. It’s been a couple of days since I visited the store and I’ve not had any more charging issues. If you want great customer service, ask for Ben. Thank you Ben for your help.
