Would not attach a multi meter to a Power Wheels 6volt charger to see which wire is positive and which negative without a $30 charge. Ridiculous!
I struggled to remove the battery from grandsons "Ride On" toy Bronco, so I loaded it up and drove over. Staff member cheerfully took it out, got new battery, installed it, verified that the car worked, recycled old battery. It was not only painless, it was pleasant.
Great place for specialty batteries. Easy to order and pickup.
Completed repair later than expected. They messed it up. Bad part. Terrible communication
