Went in on a Wednesday and they said they could order my battery. It would be there Friday or the following Monday. Went there on Tuesday and they told me, 1. It had not been ordered 2. My battery was on back order and don't think they can get it at all 3. They don't like to even work on my phone (not even a two years old pixel6). If course they blame was put on a new employee.
