Incredibly helpful and convenient!!! My car battery was dead. They tested it to make sure I wasn't misinformed by the tow truck driver who gave me a jump start. I also needed a new key fob, which they installed for me, so I didn't break the fob. When installing the car battery, they applied lubricant and pads on the battery posts. All was great! They made my "dead car on the side of the road" experience better by providing the services of installing the batteries. Thank you for saving me Batteries Plus

We fix it is beyond professional. They are seriously expedient. They do awesome work. I had an issue with my last repair, when I brought it in they fixed It in 25 minutes.
Took my Samsung s20+ here to get the screen replaced and it was a nightmare. when I first got my phone back from them the speaker and the vibration stopped working so I had to take it back, they were unable to fix the speaker and had to order a part but were able to fix the vibration because apparently they just did not put it back together correctly. When the new speaker came in they replaced it but they were not able to seal my phone correctly and had to complain to get them to correct it. even after a manager took a look ... read more
