Jaime (James) was very pleasant and detailed on taking care of my cell phone's cracked screen. We were gone for about 45 mins or so and received an email to pick up cell. Arrived and the other nice staff said that it'll be about 5 minutes. Jaime came out and pointed out all the gunk he cleaned out. When I pull part of the protective sticker off, he smiled to see how pleased I was.
