We had a great experience at Batteries Plus this morning!
they ordered the wrong part to fix my phone I told them it’s okay, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to fix their mistake, another week goes by no calls or nothing so I called and they told me they don’t wanna fix it because they “couldn’t” find the part when it’s all over online. They refused to do business for no reason even after I gave them another chance to fix their mistake. Wasted 2 weeks of my time would not recommend
Running out so quickly is inconveniencing.
