The staff was super friendly and even more helpful. The customer service was excellent.The manager, Mark, explained what he was doing each step of the way. He found a solution that saved me money, which was a huge relief. They took excellent care of me. I will return to the store in the future.
Needed charging port cleaned out, they were the nearest phone repair place (searching from Plainfield) that charged a reasonable amount. Friendly, gave recommendations to fix a friend's phone, and suggested another store in the event they were unable to fix anything.
