Batteries Plus is terrific! Mark and CJ are very knowledgeable and helpdul. Mark replaced my broken cell phone screen perfectly. Reasonably priced, quick service.
The staff was super friendly and even more helpful. The customer service was excellent.The manager, Mark, explained what he was doing each step of the way. He found a solution that saved me money, which was a huge relief. They took excellent care of me. I will return to the store in the future.
Needed charging port cleaned out, they were the nearest phone repair place (searching from Plainfield) that charged a reasonable amount. Friendly, gave recommendations to fix a friend's phone, and suggested another store in the event they were unable to fix anything.
