Never got my service done because communicating with this store is impossible. I have been trying to get a hold of this place for two weeks. Multiple phone calls a day same story everytime. No answer. Emailed customer service to see if the store can do what i need they say yes but theyd have to order the part and to call the store... so if they don't answer the phone.... i now have to go in just to have the part ordered... so 3 trips to have a simple battery changed... that's is insane.

This place is a joke. Wasted my time driving over 40 minutes to get my phone fixed here, which was approved that the store could in fact fix it. Just to be told no one would be no tech will be there for next few days.

Batteries Plus Phone Repair ... but not Motorola phones.

My phone died just hours before I was heading to the airport. In quite a pinch I brought my phone to Batteries Plus and they were bale to fix it and get it up and running in a couple hours. During the process they accidentally damaged a different part internally and replaced it free of charge. The customer service wad excellent, and in a pinch they had the parts that were needed and were able to get my phone working again. I highly recommend Batteries Plus when you are in need!
